I didn't do several things this week but I still lost weigh. I guess the main important thing is to stay within your caloric intake because that was one I successful done and I lost. I will work on my lil goals more and hopeful I can record more weigh loss!!!!!!

Bad week for me. I got sick and my guard went down. I'm feeling betta tho. I hve more of a reason to lose weight now bcuz my bad eating habits are affecting my health.

Ok...I lost but my focus need to be more sharper. My downfalls were too much junk food and protein and not enuff veggies. Other than that I did good and I'm proud of my weight loss. I hope to see more shed!!!
