snack attack
I know the feeling! My girlfriend says it's because I talk all the time, when I finally stop yapping my mouth feels out of place Razz So it's either talking or munching. I decided not to give up and got myself a batch of those baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, mini corns and much them happily knowing it won't hurt my diet. Here are some ideas for you:

Eat meat. Meat is often demonized when in fact is not such a big devil. I love meat and can't imagine not eating it. And you can still eat healthy with meat included Smile

That's a perfect solution. I was wondering about the same thing as OP, came here and browsing through replies I found yours. Thank you Mate, I am gonna do just that and you're right about having satisfaction. It's gonna be like a real prize and not just something I eat to full my urge of sweets.
