Day 3 of healthy eating. I have been eating a whole avacado for breakfast with scrambled eggs. Eating the whole avacado keeps me full and I have zero cravings. But when I look at my macros I start to second guess myself. Avacado is good fat though.

These energy bites are made with almond butter, coconut flour, Cocoa powder and maple syrup. They taste amazing. 111 calories a piece. Perfect 4 pm snack

Veg burger from Aldis only 90 calories and 5 g protein. Steamed broccoli and just a little dollop of avacado ranch.

I have to lose 20 lbs to be at my ideal body weight. It is hard when you love food. The good thing is I don't eat meat so there is no temptation to eat fried chicken or most fast food. But eating too much of good food is not good either.
My focus is going to be portion control and drinking water.
