Day 1: was actually yesterday (May 23)Did I beat the record? 1/2 day on a diet? I started well in the morning with de-caf coffee, skim milk, 2 sweetners. Normally I would have a Large double double (2 creams, 2 sugars: Lingo) from Tim Hortons. Then I ate one hardboiled egg without the yolk. Then it all went down hill from there...I meet a friend for lunch and I had chinese with rice, vegies, corn and chicken soup. I totally forgot I was on a diet! So after that, I said "screw it!" Did I beat the record? 1/2 day on a diet? Before I blew it! I met with collegues and had a Venti Starbucks Strawberry and Creme Frapachino with whip creme. Then after work I went to Costco and had a hotdog with ketchup, mustard, onions and a coke (not diet). So, I decided to start over day 1 today (May 24) which went well. See next journal.
