AMAZING!!!!!!!
So I lost a lot of weight,but to be totally honest ,it is a different scale so the loss might be less .....
I any case I am sooooo happy,I just need to stay focus

Grrrrrrrr. What I was afraid is happening.... Nothing in the fridge so of course eating chocolate,
Cookies and you name it....... Would have been nice to have a minimum "healthy food" waiting
For me after 3 weeks away.

Last trip of the month..... Houston to London and then finally London brussels...... Off for 1 month what a joy,just hope I will be able to be good with recording my foods and look after myself.
Today I started T25 again and omg it was hard,barely made it,the excuse is that I still have a hard time breathing but at least
I did it.
