I've been planning to start an ab workout for a long time but I injured my left leg and it's been 3 weeks. It's getting better so most of the time it's okay but when I strain my muscles even slightly (often after I carry around my school bag (its always heavy) or even just walk around for more than 10 minutes or jump or play with my nephew) it starts hurting for a long time. Working out is not an option now. Everything seems to hurt my leg. I'd give it a week or two until it's recovered but until then I cannot start my much needed ab workout (I have quite a belly problem even if my BMI is okay). The thing is, I'm afraid that I might be a tad relieved. At least for now, I don't feel bad that I haven't started. I have a perfectly good excuse. Who knows what'll happen when my leg is okay? Will I start or will I become as lazy as usual?
