Still have water weight. It is why I way daily. A gain of 1 lb over night is water weight. So I will take an extra water pill today.

Water Weight -- I hate it is depressing. Even when I know it will be gone in a day or so. took and extra water pill.

Eating low carbs is not a problem, still have water weigh problems; swam 4 days for 60 minutes each day. Climbed staircase down 5 flights daily

I contacted my doctor about how to I should be managing my insulin. I am a daily dose. My glucose is mostly under 120. Should I only take the insulin when I am over 120 or should I take a small amount every day.>

Went for 1 hour swim (water-walking) yesterday. Going to change my insulin back to bedtime, I am taking 25 mg per day down from 120!! So this very low carb/high fat life style really controls my glucose.
