Man yesterday was hard, I take care of a little boy and it was his golden birthday, the family had pizza, ice cream, and a cake I would die for. I had a sliver of pizza and then came the cake. This is only my third day and I am being thrown curve balls form left and right. So I have decided to work on my diet and get use to that and then try the quit smoking later on, because with two projects I am not doing very well either one.

I messed up bad last night, I was really good about cleaning out my kitchen but I forgot the hidden bedroom snacks and had some Sun Chips beside my bed. Needless to say they are no longer next to my bed, but instead in my belly. I felt I had to write it down because I want this to be an honest experience, so I have got to hold myself accountable.

So today went really well, I stuck to my guns and ate only what I was suppose to. Also today I have started my nicotine patches so I am fighting two very hard battles at the same time. I just have been using the weight as an excuse to not quit smoking, last time I put on 15 lbs pretty quickly. So I am afraid but very hopeful at the same time.

I'm scared and excited right now, I know if you see my weight loss goal, you think what the heck, but I am taking baby steps because otherwise it just seems to much to really achieve. They 10% makes a difference, so here I go.
