I a retired (disabled) dental hygienist. I need to lose 20 lbs again! I'm the consummate yo-yo dieter. :( But, sure beats never dieting and letting myself totally go, right?? Going to do Atkins, have lots of cellulite to rid myself of. Its hard to get started but once you get to ketosis its a breeze!
