I have not given up on my goal to lose weight, I have not been keeping track of food eaten or weight gain or loss. I have been going to Planet Fitness at least once weekly for about an hour each visit. There were occasions I went 3 times a week for an hour each visit since starting on May 29, 2019. My goal has been to plan a workout routine for each visit. The days I visited the gym were Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Starting this week I have decided to start going to the gym on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays due to having a class on Thursday evening starting the last week in August. My goal is to be consistent with the gym attendance. When it comes to eating last week I ate dinner for lunch and lunch for dinner with the thinking of eating lighter at the end of the day. I have noticed that I am more full throughout the day and not as hungry during the evening.
As of last night, I have created a workout routine and my plan is to chart it.
