Not too much was lost but before I got on the scale this morning, I fully expected to be up. I'm so excited to be down. I'm so glad for this challenge, because every time I get discouraged or think of quitting, I remember I'm accountable to you guys and that we're in this together. MOM

I was excited to see my weight loss. It wasn't much.....but when I got on the scale, I was afraid I would go
back up. I didn't feel like I had lost, but had done my cardio consistently so I had done my best. Now to
keep it up.

Since we started this challenge I have walked52.21 miles. I've walked 16 days with an average of 3.26 miles
each walk. I hope my weight goes down this week. I've also done weight training 2 times a week . Now
if I can get my food in line I may not embarrass myselt.
