Wow, these last few days have been manic.
I have been so busy i haven't logged what i have eaten and now I have spotted that I have skipped meals just from how busy I have been.
I have a slight worry about my next weigh in. I think I'm just having an off week but we will see come weigh in day.

After a very good weekend I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see that i had lost another 3 lbs. I know I was extremely naughty over the weekend but I obviously had more restraint then I thought I would.
fathers Day was yesterday and it was fantastic. Even with all the food tempting me and I will hold my hand up and say i had the largest slice of cheesecake I could get lol. It was too good to pass up.

Woke up all achy and sore today after boxfit last night.
Not sure how well I'll be doing today or tomorrow food wise as my boyfriend is taking me away for the weekend. So I am expecting to find I have gained when I next weigh in. That being said I am looking forward to my weekend and just got to get through the next 6 and a half hours of work (my God, its not even 11am yet?!?!?!.
