Hello my name is Tineyjo and I am new to this site and dieting well I mean I have yo-yo before but now it is so bad that I am so overweight I can not hardly move anymore I have however brought my weight down I started my journey at 302 and now I am at 288 yay me. Unfortunately I do not know anything about dieting or losing weight I never cared to now that I need to I feel as though I am just lazy. I started walking everyday and my 7 year old gets up to walk with me as well which is great he gets excited about it I homeschool my children so it can make it easier that we can do it when he gets up we have a routine we wake up, we drink water, I have a coffee while he eats breakfast then we go for our walk for about 30 min. then come in I eat breakfast and then we do body groove or walk a mile or something else from youtube. But my big problem is not knowing what I am doing or what I am doing wrong. Sorry for the rant.
