I practice Krav Maga, the Israeli Self Defense 5-10 hours a week. I teach and practice taekwondo including full contact kick boxing and self defense 8 hours a week. I walk approximately 8 miles a week. I stretch 20 minutes every morning. I do resistance training about 5 hours a week. I have had several severe injuries over the years including a broken back and have moderate arthritis. I enjoy fishing, boating, and martial arts.
