I've lost this same 5 pounds a dozen times. I hope this is the last time!

Well tomorrow is my first "weigh-in"...and I'm going to measure. I am slightly nervous only because I feel like I'm going to think I should be losing more....like I gained all this weight over-night, right?! Not sure why I feel that way. Probably because I'm so anxious for it all to go away. I keep telling myself that every pound lost is a pound closer to the goal. No matter what it says- it will be fine...and good! I'm very happy with myself for doing so well this week! I love the ease of keeping track of everything! Only 5 weeks till vaca. Wonder if I can be down 20 pounds by then? That is going to be my mini goal!

This is only my 2nd day on FS and I feel
really
good. I think this method is really going to work for me! I downloaded the app for FS! It is AMAZING (and FREE!)! I spent a good portion of my day yesterday looking at my bb marveling at all the foods, brands, restaurants, etc that are listed on it! There wasn't anything I couldn't find that I was looking for! It's truly amazing and I feel empowered! There will never be another trip to any restaurant where I can't look to see what is acceptable to eat and/or what the nutrition content is. I was shocked to see the nutrition data on things I've routinely ordered. Did I say it was really amazing yet?! It really is! I'm a FB junkie and this app is giving it a run for it's money!
Beach trip tomorrow with my fam! It's supposed to be a HOT week here in the Northeast. 100 on Tuesday! Thank God for central air!
