Just realized how fat I actually got and where it is. My arms are so much bigger and the second boob in my armpit and also the back fat!!!! Must be atleast 5 to 7 pds right there... Didnt notice it much cause it was in the back. Now I see it. Have to be Patient!!!!!! That is the whole thing.. my enemy. Need to must!!!!!

So... already getting frustrated with the weight not dropping or looking skinny. But i did notice that the cellulite on my legs have vanished and I am not as bloated and my stomach looks a bit toned.
STOP obsessing about the weight and also about not LOOKING skinny. It takes time to come off. Keep eating right and working out.
In two months you SHOULD see a difference. Just be patient until then.

i feel less bloated... worked out hard today... but i think it's going to take atleast two full weeks of dedication to see the difference.

Today is my first day here. I turned 30 this year and went off the birth control and gained 20 pds. I would like to get to 145 and maintain it. I plan to start a family next year hence I better start now instead of being unhealthy during pregnancy and as a mother. I need a lifestyle change. I start now!!!
