This week was the week before my period so it was way too hard to control myself! :S I am actually satisfied with the result, as I cheated a lot and I didnt go to the gym 5 times.. Next weigh in is gonna be much better! I know it.! I hope you did better than me!! Good luck to all of you! Keep trying, we got this! ;)

YES! I'm so happy to see good results!! Of course there are moments that I can't stand being on a diet, but I try really hard to stay focused on my goal! I hope you guys do your best! ;)

My weight loss wasn't exactly what I expected for. I think I did better than that, so I hoped for more. But I can't be mad about it because I really know I did my best :) That happens all the time, I get dissapointed at some point and ruin the diet.. But I wont let it happen this time.
