Yesterday I walked 1.5 hours UPHILL! I was completely exhauseted after and my feet burned for hours but it was AMAZING. I conquered Citadel area which I didn't think I could handle right away. So glad my sister was there for support and encouragement!

I made an excellent teriyaki tofu stirfry with:
brocoli
celery
green pepper
green onion
asparagus
mushrooms
sliced garlic
teriyaki tofu
worcestershire sauce
cracked pepper

Weigh-in: 230.5 lb

lost so far: 12.0 lb

still to go: 70.5 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I started today eating healthy, tomorrow is my first day back in the gym since February. I am still in disbelief that I left myself get to 242 pounds, that number just seems insane to me but boy do I feel it!
