Really? That's really interesting! I didn't know that, though I still prefer raw vegetables and fruits because the longer you cook them they more nutritional value is lost. I suppose it depends on the vegetable you're cooking. I wouldn't eat certain squashes just raw...or corn. but I love raw onions in my raw salads, and my fruits blended into smoothies. Smile
