Today was so happy to see my weight going down. Good to be back on track.

It has been 2 months since my last journal entry. I have been using the Pivotal Living bands to keep track of sleep and steps. Since my last entry my callus grew into a very bad staph infection. I had to use a wheel chair for 2 weeks and a walker for a month and a half. So my step count has not amounted to much. My weight had gone down as low as 308lbs. But after thanksgiving I gained 11lbs. Today I weighed in at 317. So my goal is 300. If I set a date maybe I can achieve it in 3 weeks, realistically. So by January 16 I will achieve by first goal of 300lbs. I can do that!

I have the books and had be followed this meal plan before. Basically it is how I eat, but my carb intake is to high. I needed a wake-up call.

Since October 14, 2015 I have gone from 322 to 314. That's 8 lbs in 17 days. I have been using Garcia Cambogia for about a year and a half and that is when I started noticing consistent weight loss. I am never really strict with what I eat. I still have cravings.😕 But that is usually at night. I don't drink milk. My substitute is almond milk. I don't usually eat bread. I will eat butter and sugar,but I'm trying to limit those. I use real mayo and limit salad dressing. I had fast food yesterday at Rally's. I have been walking some. The doctor told me yesterday to stay off my feet due to a callous on the bottom of my foot. It's painful, so I must comply.
