I am struggling because I have upped the exercise to every day but the weight remains - or climbs. However, I feel good about myself. I wish my clothes fit better, but I am happy with who I am and the effort I am giving.

I am getting stronger. I can run longer, but I keep gaining weight which is frustrating. However, I am choosing to go easy on myself. :)

UGH! I am so discouraged. I don't know why I can't seem to lose any weight. Time to focus on me and getting healthy. I've got my bike tuned up, joined a new gym and hope to run a 5k next month while working towards a 10k and my first triathlon. Anyone have a dinner tip? I struggle with healthy dinners and am trying to not eat chips, or cookie dough after dinner.

I am wondering why it is so hard to lose weight! I am thankful that I got new batteries for my scale and am weighing myself more often. This seems to help me stay on track exercise and eating well.
