Halfway to a healthy weight now!! I have to say, I'm really relieved to get a drop. The scale stopped moving before Christmas & I was worried I was in a dreaded "plateau". I've got other goals concerning flexibility, cardio ability & endurance & I knew I was seeing progress, but it's frustrating when the numbers on the scale aren't ticking in the direction you'd like. Every day I'd have to give myself a little talk to remember that if you consistently do things you know are healthy, the scale has to eventually catch up.
