It's Sunday evening and I'm really excited to have a goal. I almost can't wait to get started, tomorrow on my challenge. I like having a goal. I read somewhere thats it helps to have one. So my goal is to lose as much weight as possible before the new year. Good luck to all of us and stay focused on the prize, a smaller size!!!!!

Here it is almost a year since I wrote anything and I've lost just 10 pounds which Im not upset about. I'm getting ready to start again. This time I want to continue until the end of the year. I have a goal Im setting for myself. Just to see if I can, Ive got some other things I have in the works too. Getting my weight under control will help me with the other things I want to do. So I went to the store got everything I need to get it goiong. And I bought a new pair of sneakers. Im going to start my walking back. Im feeling like I need this to get my life focused. So here I go!
