Friday 9/9 - Swimming, swimming and more swimming. Climbing out of the creeks which always gives my low back upper back of legs a workout.
Sat. 9/10 - Walking around the Trail of Tears pow wow. Knee was hurting after.
Sun 9/11 - Dragging tree cut tree limbs and remaining branches to front yard. Mowed about a third of my yard.

Wed. 09/06/16. I know I had something else to eat but I cannot remember what it was so my calories are not correct.
My knee is hurting again so we will have to see how my exercise goes tomorrow. I think it has flared up again from my trip to Indy and all the walking we did on Saturday.

Spent day of 12 and morning of 13th swimming in the creeks. Don't be fooled that this isn't working your muscles because the bottom of creeks is all rock. And getting out of the creeks is amazingly hard because the rocks slide on themselves and you are constantly straining muscles to get up the bank. At the end of the day my low back and legs are aching.
