I am a mother of 3 beautiful daughters that keep me busy. I am now at that stage in my life where I want to have a healthy life physically & mentally. After my children were born I weighed in a 150 at 5'5 so I can't say its baby weight. I found myself weighing in at 192 in November in which was very shocking for me. I went through 2 bad relatiionships which left me depressed and eating everything around me. I decided one day to detox myself physically & metally by attending church, cutting off all my hair and finally lose weight. I wanted to feel better about myself like I felt before the bad breakups. I found myself with new relationships that were helathier and eating alot better than before. I lost 16 pounds in 1 month and I am very proud and will continue to keep up with the diets that are provided for me.
