I am a nurse. I have been giving advise, but not taking it myself. January 2007, I weighed 296 pounds, my highest ever. I lost 63 pounds walking and taking Adipex-P. I became really comfortable weighing 233, until i started back eating everything. I made a vow to myself, that i would never get back over 250. Well, I did. 252 pounds to be exact, as of November 2010. One of my closest friends introduced me to HCG, after she had lost over 60 pounds. I believe in her, therefore, I believe in HCG and myself. I just want to get out of the PLUS SIZE clothes. The largest size I have worn was a 24. I can wear some 18 size clothes now. My goal clothes size is a 13/14.
