I have realized the weekends are the hardest for me...with the kids home and making them meals and snacks, guests stopping by and running the roads doing errands left me off in left field when it came to what and when I was eating. I will have to make a more conscious effort to stay on top of things on the weekends.
Starting more weight training circuits to mix it up a little and adding a dash of yoga!

Last night my husband took me to dinner at our favorite Italian Restaurant...not many choice that wouldn't blow my RDI out of the water. I stuck to something that I thought was the best choice and used this meal as my cheat meal this week! Now to start back on track.

This morning I did my treadmill 30 min instead of tonight...then followed up with sets of squats...I feel great.
Had a shower and started my day with the Reboot green juice...still feeling full and satisfied at 11:43 and I had it at 8:30...love it.

I stepped on the scale this morning and took my actual weight (yesterday I posted what I had seen the last time I was on the scale) I am at 144.4 lbs.

My workout last night went well...treadmill alternating between brisk walk, treadmill dancing and running for 35 min. I then did circuits for my upper body for another 30 min. It felt great.

This morning I made my favorite green juice, packed some vegies and fruit for lunch and was on my way!
