I went climbing and hiking all day Friday, and finished the day with a giant salad and one slice of pizza. Then I played soccer this morning for an hour, and I was pretty tired out this afternoon but glad to put in all of the exercise.

Plenty of yard work and swimming on Saturday, then pretty good eating on both Saturday and Sunday (including a big salad while watching the World Cup final). I am aiming to weigh in twice a week for the next couple months, to try to stay more consistent. Mon / Thur or Fri

Random fluctuations combined with the fact that my 170 weight is actually from Sunday makes it seem like I made more sudden progress than I actually did. Whatever, progress again. lol. the site objects to my seemingly sudden loss, so I will enter a higher weight for today.
