Got my routine pretty much down pat - both in terms of working out consistently and eating the proper diet, particularly avoiding old friends such as pecan pie and pecan praline ice cream. The momentum that I've developed gives me hope that I'll reach my goal, and is motivating me to stay disciplined until I've done so.

On a good routine of watching what I eat, exercising regularly while trying to be patient and avoid overdoing it or setting (too) unrealistic expectations. Am not "dieting", but rather trying to follow a healthy "meal plan". Am starting to see the results in more areas than just the scale, and starting to feel a difference in my overall health and energy level - as well as the positive effects on ego.
