10:30 am- S'mores Chewy Bar approx. 150cal.
12:05 pm- Imitation Crab meat 160cal.
3:15 pm-2 sandwiches:2 Sandwich Skinnys 200cal.
2 slices Meunster 160cal.
4 slices Turkey 120cal.
4 slices Roast Beef 80cal.
1 tbsp. Parm spread 25cal.
I am on the go a great deal and do a terrible job in eating healthy because of this. In the past 3 months I've turned to fast food a lot due to its convenience. Money is also an issue. When I do fast food its usually just the change in my purse I spend on it. However, dollar menu items are like the yucky leftovers from the halfway decent stuff they serve. So I'm really kind of screwing myself. Does anyone know of any healthy,quick and fairly cheap lunch and/or snack recipes? If anything I can make in bulk that'd be fantastic. After stepping on the scale alittle while ago and reading 184 I decided it's time I do something. I'm hoping that keeping a journal of what I eat will help. Maybe seeing it all in black and white will wake me up to just how unhealthy the foods I'm eating are and also what quantities need to be adjusted.
