OK Today not only did I join, record my food intake, but I did the insanity workout with Shaun T. It is an hour long, while I did not do as many reps, and was able to keep up for the most part. I did not go as low or as far in some of the exercises, but I did the entire thing. I work tomorrow so maybe on Sunday or Monday, depending on wind speeds, I will go for a bicycle ride. I want to try to do the Insanity work out once a week for now, ride once a week (depending on wind) and the biggest loose work out the one I do is 45min, maybe once or twice depending on if I was able to ride during the week. I still will keep up with housework etc.
