I concur with snailpace...I just started the 30 day shred and it is incredible!! It is only a 20 minute workout - but it is a TOTAL workout...I am not in pain, although I can feel the muscles screaming at me for pushing them.
I hope you love it - it has three levels, so you can move up when your are ready to progress!!

GOOD LUCK!!

Losing weight sucks!
OMG!! You are all too much!! I LOVE it! I actually had my boyfriend put his arm around me from the back, and put his hand on my stomach...then told me there was "less of his honey to hold onto"!!! TALK ABOUT A GREAT FEELING!!! He has always been supportive, though, letting me know he loves me regardless of my weight.
Just to chime in on the "girls" dialogue...I have lost one cup size and sorry...I will NOT be missing what has been lost!!!
Keep up the good work...We All Deserve the Best of What We Have to Offer Ourselves!!!

Is it absolutley necessary to eat 20G of net carbs a day?
Hi all...When I started Atkins, I was using the "new" book and struggling...but went back to the "old" version and find the closer I stay to 0 carbs (I know it is impossible to get 0...)the better I feel, and the more weight I lose. I think every person is different, and you should do what works best for you. People who can lose and eat more carbs - I say good for you and go for it!!! I am unfortunately not one of those people!!!! Good luck with whichever version works for you!
