So today is my 1st day on fatSecret!! :) I am hypoglycemic so I have to eat every two hours and I eat VERY healthy...problem is that i can't cut me carbs out and if I cut them way down then I feel shaky, bitchy and lightheaded..i usually eat about 20grams of carbs with every meal as well as protein and fruit and good fat...I measure out EVEYRTHING so I do not over eat. I think my problem is my consistancy with working out...i work out about 2-3 days a week doing about 35-45 min of cardio with small weights and sometimes a stability ball. I NEED to be working otu about 5-6 days a week but I am in School full time and work full time as well. I have a job sitting down all day but as of YESTERDAY i made my desk so that I can stand up all day which i hear can burn about 400 extra calories a day!! woo hooo!! :)
