This is actually a shock. The last week has been a battle of revisiting old behaviors and habits. It all started attending an Astro’s game.
But this modicum of success will reinvigorate me. Now I have tor thinning all the pants I just bought since they may have to go back. 😝😉

Ok, this is actually a big positive. I’ve been dealing with severe lower back pain ( I think sciatica) for the past two weeks, and it’s really impacted me mentally. I ate lots on Sat and yesterday mentally snapped ( grumpy for no reason). Anyway, I celebrate this win.
Any advice on sciatica would be appreciated.
