Kerri and her husband Cory and I all went running Saturday and ran 8 miles. Crazy! That's the farthest I've ever run. We ran outside and there was a little slush and snow on the sidewalks and roads but we tried to run wherever the roads were plowed and sidewalks were shoveled. It was a really great run. I am getting over being sick though so I was worried it would push me over the top again because I ran Monday and I thought I was over being sick but I definitely wasn't so I ended up being even more sick. Today I feel like I'm doing better so I'm glad that I went running and I didn't end up flat in bed. There are only for more Weeks and I will be running the Half Marathon in St George, I can't wait. I am really amazed at how far I have come. I have improved in so many ways, speed, resistance and strength, distance and endurance. I am so glad I have been running through the fall and winter months instead of vegging.
