I haven't been able to weigh myself since the only scale I have access to is at my gym and it's been closed for a couple of weeks now. It's tough to be isolating and not succumb to stuffing my face all day. The cravings are intensified when you have limited options for activity as everyone must be experiencing.
To calm my desire to eat, whether out of boredom or frustration, is I tell myself I'll give it a half hour then reconsider my options. A half hour later if the cravings haven't passed I'll give it another half an hour. The hardest part is to avoid justifying having "just a snack" because too many snacks adds up quickly.
