so I had gained about 3 pounds somewhere between the last weigh in and Dec 6th, but as of today I'm back to my last weigh in weight - .4 pounds! I've been cutting back unnecessary sugar and not eating after 8pm

I think I'm doing well! actually seeing some progress on the scale and that gives me motivation!

I worked out this morning. I did the warm up and cardio A on the "prevention fitness systems- personal training" workout dvd with instructor Chris Freytag (I really like her, I should probably get more of her videos when I'm able to).

Starting fresh... Need to loose a lot of weight. Here I go! Plan to use portion control and make healthier choices when possible (due to a serious budget sometimes I have to buy what I can afford and 9 times out of 10 cheap and healthy is not possible). So my main "technique" will be portion control, not eating anything after 8pm and limiting my sweets intake, oh and of course working out. I will be focusing mainly on cardio for now and will be trying to get at least 30 minutes per day at least 3 days per week. I have a friend who I will be meeting at least 2 saturdays out of month for a 3 mile walk and eventually run! This is my plan!

so I'm gettin back in the groove, I've decided that I want to loose enough weight so that I'm under my goal weight (140) that way when we start our family if I gain weight I'll be at my goal weight... I hope I can do it. so I want to loose 75 pounds. which actually puts me at my "ideal" weight according to the bmi
