Alternating between eating great and bingeing on forbidden pasta and breads. Very emotionally labile since having a stroke last month and living with so many uncertainties. Tomorrow will hopefully find out precise location of the lesion and if it is contributing to emotions or if it's primarily stress based. Meditation has been a great help.

Just out of hospital following a major car accident. The food served in the hospital was not conducive to health in any respect. Got a blueberry muffin for breakfast even though I was on a diabetic diet. Only veggie offerings were a half cup at dinner time (not counting corn). Gain probably combo of crap diet, major swelling and obstructed bowels. We'll see how things pan out now that I'm home.
