I had a tough weekend....went to a christmas Party, and I brought my own food, but it was just tougher than I thought! But I did eat my dinner that I brought first....so I think that helped me a lot. I have lots of time before Christmas to get into the habit of things.
Just get back with the plan and keep moving forward!!!

I had (2) caramel burlee latte's Tall's 120z instead of (1) Short.
BAD CHOICE....I should have stuck to the plan....Moment of Weakness for me!!!
Plus I had two servings of Chicken Stir Fry last night and I should had only had one serving....Moment of Weakness, and my sister-in-law reminded me after I had already filled my plate for the second time that I should only have one serving and I ate it anyway!!! Today I feel awful about it!!! I SHOULD LISTEN, when people are trying to help me!!!

Last night was really hard. I was thinking I really wanted Fried Porkchops and Wildrice, what everyone else was eating, but I had eaten an hour before, Salad with Chicken Breast, and it was really tastey, but those porkchops smelled so good! It is really hard when everyone else in the house is eating what you use to eat and you are now eating healthy. Then they made Chocolate Chip Cookies....mini ones, and I just couldn't help it and it was just 7 O'clock and I had one....just one and I wanted more, but I didn't have anymore than that one and they smelled so good! I'm proud of myself, but it was a struggle!! Went to bed last night at 8:30pm....woke up so refreshed!!! Love the feeling of getting enough sleep! Today I need to drink more water and do more activity. Yesterday I took a walk with the little boy I watch, which I normally do not do, because he always want to come back home with in 5 minutes of leaving. So I had him push his shopping cart and he wanted to come home....but I just kept walking!!! I know I'm down in pounds at least by a pound or just a little more... :)

I'm down 2.2lbs!! Mental Victory Dance!! Yippee! I have a headache, but I think it's because my body is coming off of a lot of crumby crap...Salt is the major problem!!!

I am kind of obsessive about being on this website....and I shouldn't be on here! I should be doing something staying active. So new rule, I will journal every night before I go to bed and enter my exercise. In the morning I will record my weight and my food. Lets see how this works out!
