I never know what to write in a journal. I always think I am going to be good at this and I make it a day or 2 and that is it. I have done so many diets in the past and welll.... here I am again. I know now that it is never about being on a diet. It is truly about lifestyle. Cliche word but true. I am never going to be one of those 110lb girls who never write down anything. I am always going to have to journal what I eat. I also need to change my mindset. I am a stay at home mom and am truly blessed to be able to do that. But when the bordom creeps in, I need to learn to do something other than eat. I need to go for a walk or clean (or journal). I need to get myself to where I am confident in my own skin again. So time to roll up the sleeves, dust off the tennies and get busy.
