Well, here it is Sunday and July is only a few days away. Boy does time fly! Where does it all go? I got on the scale today and I couldn't believe my eyes. I stepped on and off again several times just to make sure it didn't change! I don't know if I am the only one who does this but I always weigh in the morning and naked. It usually shows the lowest weight of the day. I am down 89lbs! 89, to me feels like a whole person. I still have a ways to go, and sometimes I still look in the mirror and think I see the me that was 89lbs more and other times, I walk by a mirror and think who is that!? I was trying on jeans the other day. My sister was outside the dressing room and I said WOW, really loud. She said well that cant be good, what size do you need me to go get. :) I stepped out of the dressing room and said, no, look at how these jeans look on me. I saw in those jeans the new me not the old me. I wore them to work the next day and people who haven't said anything to me about my weight loss kept saying wow, you are so skinny! Ok, I am not skinny but I will take what I can... Sure helps to keep going! My advice is keep going. Do this for you and only you. If you have a bad day that is ok, you can start again tomorrow. Life is to short. I know from experience of losing both of my parents at a young age. Be happy Be the best you you can be.
