I have up 'til now lost 22kg since Easter 2014, but have gained 2 kg...my weight plateaued around November 2014 and then in April 2015 I gained 2 kg...am wanting to start a weights/exercise program and restart my 50 minute quick walking routine...I feel this routine greatly helped my original loss of weight - I noticed my breathing and movement ability after losing the 22 kg improved greatly...am wishing to repeat this - folk noticed I looked healthier and I was certainly happier - with some decrease in pain.
