Well yesterday I took a small dive on my reaffirmed will to lose weight. A couple hamburgers and a couple brawts, gunna have to be stronger if I want to keep going down this path. At least I know that I definitely burned than I ingested yesterday. Getting a fitness tracker has definitely helped with that regard.

I cracked really bad yesterday and now I feel horrible. I was doing really well until I went into town to buy groceries. Yup, decided to carpool with my brother to save some gas, just doing that ended with me shoving nearly 1000 extra calories into my mouth. Not only that but I ended up missing my assigned workout last night so I didn't actually get to burn anything off. I have to be stronger if I want to keep losing weight.

Rough night last night. Stressed out my shoulders while doing chin ups ending up losing a couple hours of sleep. After that I made myself a healthy breakfast shake.
Scoop of Chocolate V-Core (Protein Powder)
Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
Quarter cup of oats
1 Banana (Always optional)
This is usually more than enough to carry me to lunch, which I am ver excited for today.
