Had a few nights out for the festive season, tried to keep a handle on things and logged everything on myfitnesspal. Just want to maintain through Christmas now. Going to see family that I haven't seen all year this week. Give me strength!

Had a couple of nights out, so really had to work for these two pounds this week. Most relieved to still be on track. Clothes still getting baggier, even bought a couple of jumpers this week in a size Large. At the risk of sounding girlie, this was great feeling after starting the year searching out items in XXXL+!

Made it! Broke the 16 stone barrier and saw 15 on the scale for the first time since I was a teenager! That was my target for the end of the year, so will have to come up with a new one now for December. It's going to be a great end to the year. Hope everyone else is doing well...

Had a good week. Even jogged to the shops yesterday, which I wouldn't have dreamed of doing a few months ago. Goal is to drop to the next stone bracket by the end of the year and we're on course to do that in the next few weeks.

Had our anniversary this week and ate out at Byron Burger. My first burger in over a year, and first fry in I don't know how long... And I felt so sluggish after it!
I was worried that it might open the floodgates, but it just confirmed that I could never eat like that every day again. Ate light for the rest of the day and stayed around 1600 kcal for the day. Proved to myself that I can indulge without going crazy and still keep losing weight.
