Well...I am back...again...Was not "gone" on purpose...but rather was just processing the health part of my life sort of "mindlessly."...Most of you know the experience...When we eat mindlessly we DON"T carefully select our food (body fuel) and we "automatically" (or Mindlessly) eat our "comfort" foods...ALSO, we DON"T monitor serving sizes...AND we usually stop keeping a food journal...and we quit weighing...and we stop coming to FS every day...or even on a regular basis...
So the word for the day is twofold....IF we return to old habits, we get "old" (undesirable) results....and EVERY day is a NEW day and we can forgive ourselves and start a new chapter in healthy eating....the scales (appropriately called Idiot Boxes by some wise FS buddies)...the scales are low priority....the MAIN thing...get back on track with healthy food and healthy eating plan...ONWARD and DOWNWARD (as one of my FS buddies always says.)....Have a HEALTHY Tuesday....see y'all again soon!!!!!
