my day off of total gym is today. i took off today because tomorrow i do alot with chest/back with some shoulder but i did walk at my job 4.67 miles, total 86 mins for 8,400 steps. listed below is my workout for 3/4/16. res-4/sets-4/reps-8 on all the following.

iron cross/ snow angel
