I was always active growing up and even through college. Then once I started teaching, it never really stuck. I enjoyed groups sports more than individual exercise. After I had children I gained weight. I have tried over and over, but it just keeps going back and now is at all all time high. Clothes don't fit, I don't feel comfortable in my own skin even. I gained 25 pounds this past year alone. I am terrible at persevering, but know I need to make changes for health reasons and just to feel and look better.
