I havent been on the site in roughly 120 days. I have been so busy and out of it that I havent taken the time to reconnect. I think I'm going to start again beginning tomorrow. I need to start paying attention again to what goes into my body (giggity) and actively exercise more. Here we go again.

Hey:

So this week I lost two pounds. I'm really happy about that. I think its because I exercised and stopped eating so much. I really need to recommit myself. I like the idea of getting smaller versus getting larger. ;)

Hey:

So Friday I got my first gym membership and Saturday I worked out for the first time. I think it's a good thing. I know i was a bit afraid of it before but now I am going to embrace it. Leaving for the gym right now. Fingers crossed.
