Feeling a little guilty that I didn't work out yesterday and I'm not planning on going to the gym today after work. However, I did keep my calorie intake low yesterday so maybe it will be okay? I have a 6 mile run planned tomorrow morning so at least I'll start the weekend off right.
I do feel a bit tired though - it does seem that I have more energy when I go to the gym.
