Yikes! At 50% of my calories already! And all I've had is breakfast! That's what I get for caving and getting a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks as well as a pumpkin spice latte. Oh well. I needed the treat, it's been a rough week or so. Terrible thing is, though, that I'm hungry again! Lol. Does anyone else have this problem? It seems I eat a meal and I'm hungry again just an hour afterwards! It happens now matter what I eat or how healthy or unhealthy it is. I just have a black-hole stomach!

Not sure I've seen any more weight loss/bloat loss, but I'm still feeling alright and still eating mostly nutritious foods (except this morning). Last night I made salmon with a raspberry jalepeno sauce. It was GOOD! Roasted sweet potatoes and a big salad of super greens alongside it. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are kind of hectic school-wise. Especially Tuesdays. Class from 12:30-1:45PM, then I have to hop on a bus to go 80 miles to another campus and have class from 4:30-7:20PM, then hop on a bus again. I don't get back home til after 9PM. It sucks. And I get so sick on buses... They smell awful! Headache, nausea... Ugh.

Physical activity is still pretty much limited to biking to/from campus. I am trying to add more strength training in (maybe that's contributing to the insatiable appetite) I rode with my hubby today (he works at the school) because it looked like it might storm, but now it's clearing up. Oh well. Maybe I can convince him to go to the gym with me later, or at least a walk. There is a small lake in town that's quite lovely, actually, with a trail and all.

Ah, well. Rambling now. Hope you all are doing well.

Feeling slimmer, although I just chowed down on some chili and corn bread. NOM. Healthy veggie chili, though, and cornbread from scratch, so not too bad... worse part was the margarine on the corn bread... OH well. It's smart balance lite... Lol.

I biked around 8 miles yesterday. I am loving this biking as transportation thing. Only downside is when it's warm, I get all sweaty. So I have to sit through class worried that someone is going to smell me. Lol! But cooler weather is almost here... Hopefully it will be a mild winter... I don't really want to bike in rain, snow, or ice.

I need to get some exercise other than just biking around town....

Eating is WAY better. Resisted drive-thrus and ordering delivery this week... Ate whole foods with higher nutritional values. Definitely feel better about that. Haven't been good about tracking calories, but I'm not really as concerned with calorie intake anymore as I am with eating good, healthy, nutritious foods.
